Pop/ R&B artist Crystal Clayton writes her music in the moment and takes the listener on a journey within that moment. A Kansas City MO native, she recently packed up her life and moved across the country to Los Angeles in the hope of pursuing her artistry at a higher level. Her crisp yet soulful vocals layered with compelling lyrics and melodies prove that Crystal Clayton is one to watch. Crystal’s new single, “Wtf”, comes from a conversation she had with a friend. “She was talking about this guy who had broken her heart and she didn’t know why she was still crazy about him after a year of not being together. I just immediately knew this is a song,” says Crystal. “I could relate because I’ve been there – and I know a lot of other people can too. I just hope I can take the listener to a moment and that they can feel what I feel; come into my world for a short time.” says Crystal.
